Referral Policy

With effect from 1st January 2016

Once a customer books an appointment and completes the call with the expert, they are eligible for a referral payout or if you refer a friend to GUIDIC, then you are eligible for referral

On completion of the call with the expert, the customer will receive a referral code as a part of the feedback mail. The customer can refer GUIDIC to their friends and family by sharing the referral code

Or if you refer a friend to GUIDIC, please ask them to mention your email ID while booking. In this case, the person who is making the referral need not make a booking. But their email ID must be mentioned if one of their friends is making the booking

For every successful referral, the customer whose referral code has been used will receive Rs.50 Paytm cash within 2-3 days. A customer can use their referral code any number of times

Example: If Priya completed her appointment with GUIDIC expert and received the referral code as 1234. Priya refers GUIDIC to Sunil and shares her referral code. Sunil decides to use GUIDIC and while booking an appointment uses Priya's referral code. Priya receives Rs.50 Paytm cash within 2-3 days. Once Sunil completes his call, he is also now eligible for referral payout
